Insulated walls also help keep cold air in the refrigerator. Perlick’s glass doors provide additional insulation and durability through a UV-coated and low emissivity, or low e-finish. All Perlick under-counter refrigerator shelves are full extension, pulling completely out of the cabinet for easy stocking and retrieving of product. Shelving is black vinyl-dipped to provide additional vibration protection, and shelving glides smoothly in and out of the cabinet on stainless steel ball-bearing glides. Perlick Signature Series under-counter refrigeration is brightly illuminated with adjustable LED lighting. A quick flip of a switch instantly changes from crisp white lighting to a cascade of soft, cool blue illumination. Doors are available in the left or right hinged configuration.
